We are a family owned and operated Cuckoo Clock repair service and vendor. If you have a clock that isn’t running, is in need of service, or want to buy a vintage or new Black Forest cuckoo, we are here to help.
As our business continues to grow, we proudly ship and accept clock repair shipments from across the United States, Canada, and internationally.

Cuckoo Clock Repair

Cole’s’ Cuckoo Clocks only uses German manufactured parts in all our cuckoo clock repair and movement rebuilding.

At this time, we do not repair grandfather and / or mantle clocks.

Every Cuckoo Clock should be oiled and cleaned every three to five years for optimal performance.

If you have a clock that isn’t running, we are here to help you. Before any clock is shipped or dropped off to us it would help to know more about it.

We welcome your pictures and any information you have. If you are comfortable removing the clock backing for a picture of the movement, please do so. 

Note : Repairs paid by credit card will be charged a 2.5 % processing fee by our provider.

Cuckoo Clocks are a purely mechanical time piece. But they are also a potential heirloom and a reflection of your personal taste. We welcome the opportunity to find you the clock that best fits your needs and to help explain the different clock options.


Our stock of restored, used clocks is ever changing. We also welcome the chance to locate a vintage clock that is what you most want. Please use our menu button at the top right o the page to choose your categories to view.

We also offer a wide range of new Cuckoo Clocks, directly from the Black Forest of Germany. All of our imported, new clocks are certified by the Black Forest Cuckoo Clock Association. This means they are manufactured in the Black Forest of Germany, following strict guidelines for quality and authenticity. These all come with a two year factory warranty.

NOTE : We have found it a good practice to save all original boxes and packing materials for a new cuckoo. In the event of future service or even a home move, repacking the clock as it came ensures it’s future safety from damage or part mis placement. (We even take photos of the clock as we unpack it!)

Handling time for vintage clocks is usually 24 hours.

USPS packages ship Monday-Saturday.

UPS packages ship Monday - Friday***

**In order to ensure that your clock arrives as quickly as possible, we may opt for USPS shipping over UPS, at our cost.

All packages are insured for the paid value of the clock. Tracking will be provided.

New clocks, shipped directly from Germany, take approximately 2 weeks to arrive. Tracking will also be provided.
