This is a one day cuckoo clock, from the heralded Hubert Herr Clock Company of the Black Forest.
In addition to the traditional “birds and leaves” motif, thus clock features moving birds who “feed the nest” as the cuckoo calls.
The clock has been rebuilt and features a fine case in a distinctive maple color.
Like all Herrs, this clock sounds particularly fine.
