This is a fine example of a Schneider Black Forest Cuckoo Clock. It is a one day movement with a Stag on the crest of the top trim and two opposing, ornate birds on the side.
The clock also features a night shut off switch, the working of which is illustrated in the video.
The clock has come to us appearing barely used, if at all. The movement date code is for 2019 manufacture. The clock still has its tags.
IThe original, glued in bellows were removed and re installed with screws for easy future service.
The movement was removed, inspected, cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, oiled and adjusted. The case was cleaned and polished.
