Clock fell off wall broken sheared roof front trim crack at top apex and separates from clock.
Door loose.
Repair roof, front left and back, repair door, trim and reinstall.

Bellows glued on, remove and add screws/brads for easier future service.

Movement worn.
Rebuild movement. Bush all worn areas.
Chainwheels were slightly bent. (Someone had pulled weights at some point, )realign tabs test.
Replace front cracked plastic wheel on time chainwheel. Chainwheels not part of rebuild warranty

Replace time side chain wheel
$10 (part) . Had play. Strike side original.
Reassemble, adjust, oil and install I tk case.
Bird has plastic mount, “(intact) gong bent and sounded dull. (Always sounded like that)
(Note bird door was installed low than doorway at factory and perch is slightly tall for case)
Send video to customer and request to change bird to metal mount and change gong.
