Clock arrived with customer comment that the music played continuously, without stopping.
Upon arrival the chains for the music side were visually stretched and therefore repaired.
The overhead roof music box was not properly held by the given two screws. New, proper length screws were installed.
The music box was out of adjustment : adjusted .
Clock tested 3 days. Running as should.
Note : wires inside of clock should never be handled.
Note : Adjustments are made to resume clocks performance as per customer request. Warranties are only given for parts replaced or overhauled. There is no warranty on adjustment work.
