We have this brand new, from Germany, Quartz cuckoo with music, in our U.S. workshop. It was only removed from packaging in order to illustrate the appearance and sound. (Note : as it is in our shop, you will hear ticking sounds in the background of the video—-it is not this clock; Quartz models do not tick).
It is a one day cuckoo, in a traditional style, with a stag head, but has updated colors of light pink with gold accents. The stag has eyes of Swavorski crystal. (Note : Care should be taken when placing the antlers in place).
The clock is 11 3/4 inches.
This quartz model comes with music.
The clock features a cuckoo call that is a recording of an actual cuckoo bird and an “echo” of a return call.
The clock has a night shut off (light sensor).
**All clocks, with music, have three settings (silent, cuckoo with music, and cuckoo without music). There are 12 melodies for the music box
