This is a unique and fun clock. In addition to the time telling, there is a “weather-house feature,” where the man or woman emerge dependent on the weather. (The gentleman forecasts the bad weather). This feature is adjustable, as seen in photos. It is a fun predictor but should not be considered a precision forecasting instrument. There is also a thermometer.
This count wheel movement has been cleaned and oiled and the bellows are in fine order.
